Zero Tolerance Policy for verbal or physical abuse towards our staff.
Our staff have the right to work without fear of verbal abuse (shouting/swearing) or physical assault. The Practice has a Zero Tolerance Policy for this type of behaviour and if a patient is abusive to our staff they will be removed from the practice List and will need to register elsewhere. We will prosecute anyone who attacks our staff.
